This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Kesila Studio website or use Cosmia.

When you join a waitlist, we may receive your email address, preferred language, form source and consent timestamp.
Cosmia may process account details and the birth date, time and location required for chart features, plus optional profile, connection and sharing preferences.
We may process limited technical data such as device type, app version, approximate timestamps and logs for security, debugging and service quality.
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide astrological features, remember preferences, answer support requests and, with consent, send product updates.
We aim to avoid unnecessary collection and limit information to the purpose for which it was gathered.
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum required data with providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring or analytics.
We may disclose information where required by law, to address a security risk or to protect legal rights.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and address legitimate security needs.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and protection in transit, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your information, or withdraw consent.

You must be at least 13 to use Cosmia and create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we identify such an account or data, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We apply more protective privacy, messaging and content defaults to users aged 13–17. You must meet the independent digital-consent age for your declared country of residence. Because Cosmia does not currently provide parental or guardian consent verification, registration is unavailable below that age; countries without a reviewed rule use an 18+ fallback.
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels.
